The title of this retreat comes from the Eightlight movement, which is a workshop inspired by aspects explored in the feature-length screenplay Galhorp (although it doesn't showcase its story), by Célia Alturas. It works the spirit, mind and body alignment through energetic and physical healing, enabling an overall well-being, balan-ce, and psychological development. Deeply connecting with the inner self, the Nature, and the surrounding environment. Its a true active meditation.

We combine a meditative state with physical action and psychological development. Many things have been said about Spirituali-ty...and some refer to it as something outside that needs to be achieved. We work on the perspective that it is especially in our body, in everything we do in our daily lives. The more centered you are, the more your spirit, mind, and body align and connect to your inner light.
